Welcome to LuxSelect, your premium real estate selection service hosted at luxselect.digital. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, information products, and goods. By placing an order or accessing any materials, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
Service refers to the Premium real estate selection service provided by LuxSelect. Info Product refers to any digital guide, report or webinar made available through our platform. Goods refers to any physical items purchased from LuxSelect.
2. Ordering and Fees
All orders require full payment at the time of booking or purchase. Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars. We accept the methods indicated at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
3. Premium Real Estate Selection Service
The Service includes personalized property search, curated listings review, and expert consultation. Upon confirmation, you will receive an appointment schedule.
4. Info Products
Info Products include digital guides, video tutorials, and webinar access. Upon successful payment, digital materials or access credentials are delivered via email or user account.
5. Goods
Goods include any physical brochures, branded merchandise, or printed materials purchased through our site. Shipping terms and costs are displayed at checkout.
6. Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Premium Real Estate Selection Service
If you cancel or reschedule more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may choose a full refund or a one-time transfer of the service to another date within 30 days of the original date. A processing fee of SGD 50 applies to all refund requests. Cancellations or requests received less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable due to resource allocation, but you may reschedule once within 30 days at no additional cost.
6.2 Info Products
If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the materials, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. After 7 days or once access is granted, no refunds are available due to the immediate availability of digital content.
6.3 Goods
For standard goods, you may return items in original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our facility. Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider. To initiate any request related to cancellation, refund or rescheduling, please complete our contact form.
8. Changes to Services
LuxSelect reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, info product or good without prior notice. If a modification materially affects a confirmed service appointment or pre-ordered good, we will notify you and offer alternative options, refund, or transfer.
